Welcome to the home of Beta Mum - who lacks the lifestyle and perfectionist tendencies of Alpha Mummy, but rubs along pretty well most of the time

Oh, Beta Mum, I'm sorry to hear about Hannah's arm. Poor girl. That sounds horrible. I think I'd lose my rag at the child who pushed her down in your position. Crikey, I've never even met any of you and I feel angry on your behalf! You must be proud of her for coping so well. Hope arm-ey has a speedy recovery.

On behalf of all your fanbase may I congratulate Hannah, poor little love, on her fortitude. Her creativity in adapting to trauma is admirable. It reminds me of Tadpole's coping strategy for injuries (see song, earlier this year, Petite Anglaise).

However if it's really true that someone pushed her then isn't this still a matter for the police? The small child obviously needs to learn, or its parents need to keep it off high haystacks. Is there a record of visitors to the haystack?
